Peer Review Process
LA employs a rigorous double-blind peer review system. In this process, the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are kept confidential from each other to ensure impartiality and focus on the scholarly merit of the work.
Pre-Review Screening
All manuscripts undergo an initial screening for plagiarism using specialized software (`https://www.etxt.ru/`). Only submissions demonstrating an originality score of 82% or higher proceed to the formal peer review stage.
Responsibilities in the Review Process
For Reviewers: Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive evaluations free from personal bias or conflict of interest. They should assess the manuscript's originality, scholarly validity, and relevance, and may recommend relevant uncited literature.
For Editors: Editors bear full responsibility for the final decision to accept or reject a manuscript. These decisions must be made free of conflict of interest, based solely on academic quality, and with a commitment to preserving reviewer anonymity.
We encourage all potential reviewers and editors to familiarize themselves with the detailed Author Guidelines and Policies to fully understand the journal's standards.
---
Publication Frequency
LA is a quarterly publication, releasing four issues per year in February, May, August, and November. Notifications of acceptance for a given issue are announced in those months, with the final edited versions published on our site in the subsequent month.

Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to all its content. We believe that free and unrestricted availability of research fosters a greater global exchange of knowledge, accelerates scientific discovery, and ensures public benefit from scholarly work.
